Service Terms

These Service Terms (the "Terms") set out the rules for accessing and using the website Keen Gainiferance and the AI market platform together, the "Service", operated by Keen Gainiferance Keen Gainiferance ("Keen Gainiferance", "we", "us" or "our"). Accessing or using the Service means you accept these Terms. Do not use it if you disagree.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be 18 or older to use the Service. By accessing it, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement and can legally enter these Terms. The Service is unavailable where applicable Nigerian law or other relevant law prohibits its use.
2. Opening an account
Full access requires an account containing accurate, current and complete details. You must protect your sign-in information and are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Notify us without delay at if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.
We can restrict or close accounts that breach these Terms, provide misleading information or participate in fraudulent or abusive activity.
3. Service scope and limits
Keen Gainiferance Keen Gainiferance offers AI-assisted market analysis, trading signals and optional automated order execution through linked brokerage or exchange accounts. The Service is intended for information and analysis.
- Keen Gainiferance Keen Gainiferance does not hold, safeguard or administer your money. Your capital stays in the brokerage or exchange account you control.
- Connections to a broker may use API keys with viewing and execution permissions. Such keys cannot be used to withdraw money.
- Results from earlier strategies or signals should not be treated as an indication of future performance.
- Every trade carries loss risk, including the possibility of losing the original capital.
4. No investment guidance
Nothing made available through the platform Keen Gainiferance is financial, investment or trading advice, or any other form of advice. AI signals and analytical material are informational only. Consider consulting a suitably qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions. Keen Gainiferance Keen Gainiferance is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner.
5. Charges and billing
Certain features may require a subscription. Current prices appear on the pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. Applicable taxes are excluded and remain your responsibility. Plans are charged in advance monthly or annually. At our discretion, new subscribers may receive a refund within 14 days of the first charge.
6. Permitted use
You must not:
- Use the Service for an illegal purpose or contrary to an applicable rule.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise try to obtain the platform source code.
- Run scripts or automated tools to scrape, crawl or collect information from the Service.
- Resell, sublicense or commercially use any portion of the Service without written permission first.
- Damage, interrupt or undermine the Service, its operation or supporting infrastructure.
- Carry out market manipulation, front-running or another activity prohibited by financial law.
7. Intellectual property rights
All platform content, software, algorithms, marks and confidential technical material belong exclusively to Keen Gainiferance or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership or other rights in that material. Our logos and trademarks require prior written permission for use.
8. Warranty exclusions
THE SERVICE IS OFFERED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Keen Gainiferance Keen Gainiferance DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, ERRORS, VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL ELEMENTS.
9. Liability limits
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Keen Gainiferance Keen Gainiferance WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF SUCH LOSS WAS FORESEEABLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED WHAT YOU PAID TO Keen Gainiferance DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10. Your responsibility for claims
You undertake to indemnify, protect and release Keen Gainiferance and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Closing an account
You can close your account through its settings or by contacting . We may end or suspend access immediately after a breach of these Terms. When access ends, your permission to use the Service stops and account information may be removed in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable law and resolving disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without applying its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes connected with these Terms will first be referred to binding arbitration in Lagos under the applicable arbitration rules. Nothing here removes any mandatory right to use a competent Nigerian court.
13. Updates to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. Material revisions will receive at least 14 days’ notice by email or through a platform banner. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
